Important Notice for Drivers at T3 Terminal
Attention all drivers transporting passengers to the T3 terminal! Please be aware of the correct entry point for passenger drop-off.
Recently, many drivers have mistakenly driven to the second floor instead of the correct drop-off zone. This has resulted in delays and additional fees.
Understanding the T3 Terminal Structure
The T3 terminal has a basement and four upper floors. The critical floors for passenger drop-off and pick-up are:
- Third Floor (Level 2): This is where passengers who are departing the airport should be dropped off. This applies to all vehicles, including personal cars, taxis, and tour buses.
- Second Floor (Level 1): This area is designated for passengers arriving to meet their private cars.
- First Floor (Ground Level): This level is for passengers arriving to use buses, taxis, and ride-sharing services.
Observe the following for efficient navigation:
If you need to drop passengers off for their departing flights, make sure you take the ramp leading up to the third floor.
The ramp to the second floor is for those picking up arriving passengers. If you mistakenly go to the second floor, it is best to disembark your passengers and take the elevator to the third floor.
