I stumbled upon this gem after reading some reviews in a local group. The phở here isn't quite Southern or Northern, but instead captures the taste of my childhood, light and elegant with crystal clear broth.
The beef is alright, not particularly outstanding, but the phở noodles are perfectly soft and thin. What really stands out is the delicious chili sauce. This was the first time I've ever finished both the broth and sauce because it was so incredibly tasty.
Another positive is that the chopsticks and spoons are always served in a glass of hot water. The space itself is also neat and clean. Overall, it's a truly worthwhile experience!!
