A Favorite Western Bakery in District 1
I'm really fond of this Western bakery in District 1. Their croissants are delicious, and they're constantly updating their cake designs. This time around, I noticed a collection dedicated to International Children's Day on June 1st, featuring adorable creations, and they're starting pre-orders.
Croissants Galore
They must have over a dozen croissant options, and each one is impressive. From the simple plain croissant to more elaborate versions like the Moonie with young rice flakes or the truffle croissant, which I've reviewed before in a group, there's something for everyone.
Cakes and More
The cold cakes offer just as many choices. Besides their signature Saint Honore, the fruit cakes are quite tempting, especially the strawberry, mango, and yuzu flavors.
The owner puts in a lot of effort here. The ingredients are mostly top-notch, like AOP butter, Kiri, Lescure, and Boiron... so the relatively high prices are understandable. It's a great spot for those who love Western pastries with eye-catching designs and quality ingredients – something not every bakery in Saigon can achieve.
