- A written explanation for my request. I mentioned that my previous trips were only to the Tokyo area. This time, I wanted to explore the Kansai region. I also explained my need for a multi-entry visa, due to work limitations and the desire to travel to Japan during longer holidays, allowing me to book in advance for better deals.
