A Charming Little Place in Thailand
I stumbled upon this adorable eatery by chance. I was craving ramen, so I figured I'd give it a try. Now, it's happily secured a spot on my list of favorite Japanese restaurants.
You can feel the heart and care in everything, from the menu to the dishes, and the thoughtful service.
What I Loved
- The Ramen: Deeply flavorful, and the kitchen pays attention to customer notes. I personally wished it had a little corn in it, but the restaurant doesn't offer it, so I understood.
- Matcha Ice Cream: A new addition, beautifully presented, with little chewy rice cakes that were delightful.
- Exceptional Service: Towards the end of my meal, a nearby customer was chatting loudly. Without me saying a word, a staff member offered to move me to a quieter, more comfortable spot, and even gave me a complimentary cup of tea.
I was truly impressed. It's been a while since I've written such a complete review.
While taste is subjective, if the restaurant maintains this excellent experience for all customers, they're bound to gain many new regulars.
